  11. 2 tbsp  soy sauce
  12. 2 tbsp  honey
  13. 2 tbsp  plum jam ( I used strawberry and gooseberry and it still
  14.                        came out ok)
  15. 1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
  16. 1 tsp    worcester sauce
  17. 1 tsp   mustard powder
  18. 2 tbsp  tomato ketchup
  19. some lemon juice
  20.  
  21. Mix it all togther, and slap it on whatever you want to barbecue.
  22. It's a bit sweet, but I like that sort of thing!
